What the heck happened to this year, you think to yourself. How the heck did it go by so fast? What do I have to show for it? I’m not ready for a new year yet. I still have so much I want to do!
You have worked so hard this year. You’ve invested in your own personal and professional growth through programs and coaches yet you’re still not where you want to be. Ugh. And you will continue to get more of what you don’t want instead of the forward progress you are craving.
