I went from a friend telling me, “you’re like an open book” (and that wasn’t a good thing) to later someone telling me, “you have poker face.”

You see, I have always been what you might call “sensitive.” 😊 I feel other people’s emotions deeply. I care about people deeply.

This sometimes led to me getting hurt by others. I started to think that I needed to be more stoic – that holding my cards close was what it took to succeed in business, life, and in relationships.

What I didn’t see then was that my sensitivity was not a mark against me, something I needed to fix, it was one of my superpowers. 👑

When I stopped forcing myself to be something I wasn’t and owned my gifts and genius, I broke out of a sales dry spell and turned around and helped my clients do the same. 😊

I saw that my sensitivity allowed me to see into people – beyond how they presented themselves – and this made my coaching powerful.

My clients didn’t realize what was hidden behind their Scripted Masks were the traits that would allow them to succeed beyond what they thought possible.
