…and how Quantum Vision helped me turn it around… 😉

I remember that first year of “actual” business, meaning I was no longer offering free sessions and decided it was time to make my business legit.
.
I was excited and nervous too, of course.😊
.
I had completed coach training a year and a half prior, had been working with different coaches, and enrolled in different programs to create the foundation for an online presence. I was ready to go!
.
I knew I wanted to coach clients who were discontent in their careers and businesses and wanted to do work that was meaningful, connected to their purpose, and gave them energy.
.
In my previous career, I had taught self-awareness and career exploration and coached and managed a team of teachers to do the same. I had also given community training on the framework of poverty and how to connect with people from very different backgrounds. Not to mention, being coached by a mentor from my coach training program consistently for two years.
.
So, yea, I was ready!
.
When I made some sales, I was SO excited to have clients in my practice! This is it, I thought, my dream is coming true! 🥳
.
Then I got nervous. The doubt kicked in.
.
What if I couldn’t support my clients or coach them to a breakthrough?
.
I wanted to serve them powerfully, but now…well, how do I do that? 🤨 (somehow I forgot all my training and previous experience?)
.
So I reviewed all my coach training and all I had learned from other coaches and programs and over prepared for each session and over delivered because I wanted to give my clients as much support as possible so they would succeed.
.
I also went – ok, better kick it into high gear so I can enroll more clients.
.
Think about this though – here I am not feeling super confident in my delivery AND working my butt off already with the clients I had and yet I go into hustle mode to enroll more clients into my practice.
.
What do you think is going to happen?

The conscious mind said, yes, more clients, perfect.
.
The subconscious mind said, no, that’s not “safe” because I didn’t have the confidence for one plus with all the over giving, how would I support more?
.
This lack of trust and confidence came through in my marketing. 😔
.
All the actions I was taking were ineffective – no matter how much I was doing – and believe me, I was DOING to the nth degree – creating opt ins, landing pages, networking my butt off, doing videos, creating content, posting everywhere, emailing, you name it, I was in game on mode.
.
The issue, of course, was not the doing. It was who I was being.
.
The more I did and the less I saw results, the worse I felt about myself and the more I attacked myself and then the more I operated out of lack and doubt and that perpetuated the cycle of not getting results. Wait, what dream? This was a nightmare! 😟
.
In this vulnerable, point of desperation state, I was easily drawn into shiny object coaches who spoke of taking a bath and closing high ticket sales and of course, here I am exhausted so I was like – yes – that is what I want. How can I have that?
.
It turned out it wasn’t the right coach or the right coaching for me. #nosurprise
.
It was a high ticket investment and it was – you know – do what I’ve done and you’ll get what I’ve gotten. #nothelpful
.
There was no personalization to who I was or helping me uncover my gifts and connect them to my path and process…
.
And speaking of process…
.
So I’m there, feeling lost and confused wondering what I missed. And the coach says talk about the steps you guide your clients through in your marketing posts and I’m sitting there thinking, what steps is she talking about? 😒
.
You see, I didn’t need the front end – the fancy marketing – I needed the back end – what happens AFTER you enroll a client into your practice.
.
And to SEE it was the back end that would change the front end – not the other way around.
.
And so yea, five figure investment and I made $200 in sales. 😳
.
Then I’m back where I started, yet now I’m in debt and now I’m more depressed and even more confident I’m broken, blocked, and very likely cursed too – so down the black hole of despair I went. #notrecommended
.
What I now know – that I couldn’t SEE then – was what I needed to work with a mentor who helped me SEE myself through Quantum Eyes. I wasn’t broken or cursed. I had just been taught the wrong way. It had all been out of order.
.
I needed to slow down, own where I was and stop beating myself up for where I thought I SHOULD be by now and be guided to see my path and my story and how my unique qualities and gifts that had allowed me to transform (from an eating disorder and body shame to so free and confident in my own skin that I did a stint as a burlesque dance and destructive relationships to happily married) and are what equipped me to lead my clients to transform in a way only I could.

Because through my own transformation, and training, past career, and experiences, I had learned that I had a unique ability to see into people’s relationships with themselves and this came from my own “defining moment” that had set me on this specific path to study psychology and communication and live and breathe, practice and teach personal development.

As I got the right support and was able to SEE myself, my path, process, and clients through Quantum Eyes, my business shifted.

My writing and videos spoke directly to my ideal clients and they reached out for a call and hired me. And as I coached and guided my clients to uncover their gifts and connect them to their path and process and begin to see themselves through Quantum Eyes, they had dream clients reach out to them from one video, and others had dream clients who had been hanging around in their world reach out to hire them – no marketing, videos, opt ins, or emails.💎

I saw how powerful my work is. It integrates all the different parts of you – the parts you can’t see, the parts you were ashamed of, and the parts you dismissed as unimportant, as well as all the creative and magnetic parts – so that you SEE how you guide your clients to transform is not outside of you – it does not come from someone else’s system. It is who you are and what you are here to do and it has wired you with a unique natural innate ability to sell in a way only you can and excel in a way only you can so you start to SEE you are equipped to succeed in a way that feels effortless for you. 👑

Now I see why it was perfect that I invested in that five figure program and didn’t get results because it led me to understand what didn’t work so I could find the right support and create the way that is right for me and guide my clients to do the same. ❤️
