When you are caught up in worrying what people will think, modulating what you say depending on who you’re around, contorting yourself to fit into different situations, you are living in a constant state of low grade stress and anxiety.

You are keeping track in your mind what is and what is not ok to say with this person and that person, defaulting to the polite and socially acceptable responses to questions, and losing your sense of self with each inauthentic encounter.

You aren’t even clear what you truly want anymore. You feel so disconnected from yourself.

It’s so much work and takes up so much energy.  And it’s blocking opportunities.

What if you used that energy instead to express yourself unapologetically?

When you know who you are and what you stand for, you raise your standards for yourself – you demand 10/10 truth, everywhere with everyone and you establish and communicate clear, firm boundaries that honor your time, energy, and well-being.

When you are clear and confident in who you are, you open yourself to new opportunities that are beyond what you could have imagined because you are now living in a state of coherence. Who you are, what you say, and what you do are all in alignment with your values, mission, and purpose. Everything that supports that purpose can now come to you. You are now an energetic match for your desires instead of a repellant to them.

Now you can set a clear intention for what you desire to come to you, express gratitude for it, and emboy the feelings, actions, and beliefs of the person who already has it.

Clearly express what you want, own your desire to have it unapologetically, and then claim it as already yours. Right now.
