Well, so did I … but then I learned you didn’t need to fix your limiting beliefs, you just have to get QUANTUM VISION.

I struggled for close to a decade with eating disorders and my body image. I obsessed about what I ate and how much I exercised. I hid my body when I got ready for work after working out at the gym, envious of the women who seemed free of this burden of body shame I had been carrying around for years.

My body and appearance were never good enough, no matter how much I restricted it.

It was so frustrating… and discouraging.

I couldn’t understand why my body didn’t look the way I wanted it to look when I was doing all the “right” things. What was wrong with me? I started to wonder if I was just stupid or something… 🤨#nothelpful

It turns out more restriction was the OPPOSITE of what I needed.

I started dancing every morning and saw the Lady Marmalade video and decided that was what I wanted – that bold confidence in my own skin. 💃🏽

I signed up for a burlesque class and became a burlesque dancer for a short stint.

What?

You’re kidding me, right?

The woman who hated her body and hid it from everyone is now dancing on stage, scantily clad? No way. Not possible.

This is also true in business.

I enrolled in many programs and worked with a variety of coaches and yet I wasn’t seeing the results I desired in terms of clients and sales.
