When I was going through a rough patch in my business, I felt like I couldn’t do anything right.
I felt all this guilt and shame because I was struggling.

It was not pretty.

I had put so much pressure on my business to be and look a certain way that even when I had great sales months, I dismissed them as not good enough, barely acknowledging them.

This led to lower sales, of course.

Then I felt like I had to prove myself in my business and push harder and harder and put off all pleasure, enjoyment, or fun for that magical day when I would arrive at the mythical place where I had achieved at such a high level that I could finally be ok, be happy, be satisfied. 😳

I SEE now that I had it turned around.

Intellectually, I understood, you have to BE in the energy of what you desire to experience – the emotion of it – but logically all I wanted was to DO all the things first BEFORE allowing myself to feel anything close to joy.

When I could SEE this through Quantum Eyes, I felt sad for what I had done to myself and to my business. I knew I had to change and that this model was not supportive to begin with and certainly not sustainable.

I dug in and did deep forgiveness work. ❤️

I embarked on a 21 days of intentional joy experiment and created daily rituals to keep me in the energy of abundance, joy, and appreciation.

As I transformed my relationship with myself, my business changed.

I felt LOVE and JOY for my work and was having FUN. 😊

I attracted soulmate clients from my videos, posts, and emails, whereas before it was like I was invisible, no matter how much I posted.
