The next time you need to make a decision, pretend like you don’t have any time – you must make the decision immediately. This means you cannot ask anyone else their opinion, you cannot research anything, you cannot do a pros and cons list, nothing. You must choose right now.

If you couldn’t consult your closest friend, your partner, a family member, a therapist or counselor, your dog. If you couldn’t research to see what other people had done in a similar situation. If money, time, fear, and other people’s opinions were not a factor, what would you do?

What would you choose if that were the case?

Often, when faced with a decision, YOU know the answer -deep down you know, your intuition is telling you the answer. The problem is you push it aside. You seek validation or approval – something to ease the pressure of you being 100% accountable and responsible for your decisions and your life. This muddies the waters. It doesn’t give you clarity, it creates confusion. You are blocking your intuition by stuffing yourself with everyone else’s ideas, thoughts, and opinions when all you need is your own.

The next time you are faced with a decision, big or small, instead of running away from yourself, sit quietly. Feel into the yes and then into the no. What does a Yes feel like when you imagine the impact of that decision? Do the same for the no.

Remind yourself you already know the answer. Ask yourself, if you had to decide RIGHT NOW in this instant, and it didn’t matter what you chose, what would you choose?

This is a huge step in tapping back into your intuition, trusting it, following it, and acting on it. Your intuition will always lead you to exactly where you need to be.

In a society that is more and more disconnected from themselves, learning to listen to your intuition is like learning a new language. Even though it has always been there, it has been buried and often relegated to a lower status than the opinions of others. Yet, when you tap back into it, you realize it’s been asking you to listen all along.

My job as a coach is to guide my clients back to themselves – to that place of intuition and power. I help them take off the blinders and see they had the answers all along. Then we work together as they start to trust their intuition and themselves again and begin to take aligned actions to move in the direction of their true desires, their soul genius, their heart’s calling. It’s like relearning how to walk. There are stumbles and falls, but each one brings new insight and clarity – and most importantly, a renewed determination to follow this new path. Because, this path – their soul path – is the only path that will bring true fulfillment and prosperity in all its forms. That’s what happens where are align with your spiritual blueprint – mind, body, soul, – doing, having, and being all work together to bring you a newfound freedom and incredible success. It’s about elevation, expansion, and activation.
