This is what it has looked like for me:

I am created for adventure and to be free. That is why the multiple months of solo travel and the studying, living and working abroad. That is why the trail running. That is why the entrepreneurship.

I love exploration, experimentation, and creation. That’s why the different courses and programs and the research and reading and the refinement of my work, process, and program.

I love sharing what I have learned. That’s why the teaching, training, coaching, writing, and presentations.

I know the pain of disconnection. That’s why the drive to help others.

Purpose is the deeper drive to create impact, change, and a legacy.

Purpose is the long game not chasing shiny objects for the quick win.
