I went through a spell of dysfunctional and dissatisfying relationships in my 20s and 30s. I committed to changing this so I dove in to do the work to heal this. After reading many books, journaling til my hand hurt, and hours of therapy, I was like, alright, where is this man I have been calling in and when is he going to get here?
.
I was in the energy of distrust, which delays the desire.
.
As much as I dig inner work, I knew my man wasn’t going to show up at my door while I was sitting on the couch, healing my inner wounds.
.
So instead of focusing on the man and how long it was taking, I got busy living, dancing, traveling, growing my business, having fun AND I put myself out there on a dating site saying here I am, this is what I am about, and this is what I am available for.

Yep, I had to show up and show up differently.
.
In that energy of fullness and being ok with myself (because of course there’s always work to do on yourself) that’s when HE showed up. 😊
.
Right away, I noticed that he looked at me differently. He didn’t see where I was with judgment (I was waiting tables while I was growing my business, which I was judging!). He saw beyond that, to the queen in me that I had hidden. He drew her out, and that was the beginning of a beautiful relationship which led to our marriage. 👑
.
The same is true with clients. You can’t spend all your time working on your “issues” and then wonder where the clients are.
.
That is an excuse to hide. Believe me, working on yourself is WAY easier than showing up – this is my go-to “protection” mechanism so I know it well. 😉
.
You have to put yourself out there – however messy and disheveled you might feel or look – and however much rejection you might face.
.
When I am out there serving, having fun, engaging in activities I enjoy, sharing who I am, what I’m about, and what I’m offering, the clients have come easily. When I’m inner focused, analyzing, in fear, lack, and judgment, clients stop. 😳
.
The healing is in the INTEGRATION of the work – moving from learning to understanding to application to implementation and experimentation in ALIGNED ACTION from a new experience of who you are.

When you stop focusing on yourself, that’s when your man and your clients see you because you are in the energy of exploration, fun, and love. You are lit up, magnetic, and irresistible.

You create and attract what you are. When you are in your business or relationship in scarcity, fear, and control, that is what you get.

When you are in your business or relationship in the energy of abundance, fun, trust, service, and love, that is what you get.
.
It is transitioning from HEAD-focused – you have to transform your MIND – to HEART-focused – it’s time to transform your HEART. ❤️

When you learn to operate from a heart of GRACE for yourself, your situation and your past, your clients and business, your partner and family, and your life, that is where the true transformation occurs.

That is true ABUNDANCE. 💎
