On how taking the pressure OFF the numbers leads to higher sales WITHOUT all the hustle

If you took the pressure off of your business, how much more creative would you be? How much freer would you feel?

How might that allow you to be curious instead of critical when a prospective client doesn’t enroll into your program? How might that open up the door for the right client to come right in?

I worked with several coaches who were all about the close and numbers. It was very masculine – running business from the head. When I didn’t close a sale, I went right into something is wrong with me and I need to fix it now. 🤨

I didn’t entertain the idea that perhaps that person wasn’t a good fit for my program or for me. The spotlight was on me. 😳
.
There was little heart and little compassionate reflection. Instead of trusting my program, my services, and my work were amazing and this person was not my soul mate client, I wanted to go in and rework my program, my services, and myself.
.
It set me up to be my own worst enemy as I was under constant attack for not selling enough – which basically was a guise for not being good enough. Not being enough.
.
That of course repelled sales even more. ☹️

I was so focused on numbers (as that was my coach’s focus) that I lost the joy in my business and disconnected from why I was doing it in the first place.

Well maybe you’ve been there, too, where you have to learn a lesson several times before you really learn it?

It sucks, doesn’t it? Wouldn’t it be nice if we could learn it on the first go round?

Our path is our path and the sooner we own that instead of wishing it weren’t, the sooner we get to transform it. 😊

You can know something intellectually, understand what you need to change, and still not transform. When that happens, you are still fighting against yourself and what is.

To truly transform requires getting out of the head and into the heart and spirit. This is when you can see what you’ve done without condemnation and instead with forgiveness.

Releasing the negative judgment is the key to lasting transformation. 💎

I get that it’s not easy. Believe me, I walked around measuring myself constantly.
.
As I saw that the measuring stick was my weapon of choice against myself and that all it did was perpetuate what I didn’t want, I knew I had to lay it down.
.
I had to let go of that version of me and learn to see myself through Quantum Eyes – to see I cannot be measured by the world’s standards. I had to learn to own my divinity. 👑
.
And, no, things didn’t magically change immediately but a deep transformation was taking place inside me.
.
I experienced less anger and more joy. I laughed more often. I experienced gratitude for my life just as it was whereas before I was sure there was not a dang thing good about it. I had more energy, focus, and clarity.

I felt tremendous love. ❤️

I knew my work was valuable and powerful.
.
As I ditched the measurements and served from my heart with a desire to help my soul mate client, I sent a casual email to a colleague sharing about my program to see if she was interested.
