You’re always writing. When are you going to write a book?

I can’t tell you how many people have asked me this question. 😳
.
I have known I wanted to write books since I was young. I loved reading, learning, and losing myself in words that seemed to magically transform my somewhat chaotic life into a world of adventure somewhere far away.
.
I had ideas for books, screenplays, and the titles of several books already.
.
The issue wasn’t writing, it was writing a BOOK that felt overwhelming. 🤨
.
I couldn’t wrap my head around the structure, chapters, and how to fit all the stories together in a way that would take my readers on their own new adventure.
.
I felt guilty for not writing a book already. I sometimes even felt ashamed – here I was doing all this writing but I wasn’t shaping it into a form that could be shared with others.
.
That nagging feeling of a dream wanting to be realized but being trapped inside constantly gnawed at me. 😟
.
I honestly just didn’t know what to do to start or how to start.
.
That’s when the perfect opportunity to begin my journey of becoming a published author arrived.

I had been working with a writing coach and at the end of our work together, he invited me to be his business partner in a collaborative book series.
.
Not only would I now write a CHAPTER in what can become a chapter in one of my books, I also get to coach and guide other writers in doing the same. 😊
.
Isn’t it funny how the universe provides MORE when we let go of HOW it is supposed to look?

I now had the structure, impetus, and timeline to write a chapter to include in an anthology, which was the perfect first step on my author journey.
.
I also get to invite other writers who know they want to become a published author but don’t know where to begin to contribute to this project.
.
The best part is I get to coach them on bringing their deeper story out in their writing, which brings them another layer of transformation while also transforming their readers at the same time, which turns those readers into clients! 🌟

I love guiding coaches to refine and leverage their writing to boost their business and serve their clients in a new and different way WHILE realizing their dream of becoming published authors.
